Overlooking the 18th hole of the prestigious Ocean Hammock Golf Course and with partial ocean views, this 2-story house boasts breathtaking balconies, a huge patio with summer kitchen, sunbathing around the swimming pool, and so much more!
There are 2 complete master suites in the main house at Hammock Beach Princess: one upstairs and one down! Upstairs you'll find a huge bedroom with a queen-sized canopy bed and queen-sized sleeper sofa, plus an adjacent sitting area with another sleeper sofa and 2 futons. French doors lead out to the balcony from this room, and the en-suite bath offers both a shower and tub option.
On the first floor, another master suite contains a luxurious king-sized bed, huge HDTV, patio access, and en-suite bath boasting a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The powder room is separate, with plenty of space. A door leads out to the patio from the bedroom, so you can stargaze at any hour!
Everyone in your group will find his or her own special places at Hammock Beach Princess, whether it's sitting at the little wrought-iron bistro table out on the second-floor balcony with a glass of wine at twilight, floating in the pool gazing up at the blue Florida sky, or reclining in the shade of the patio with a good book. There is so much to see and do at our Mediterranean-style house and guest house, you may forget to stroll down to the beach, which is just a minute away!
When the gang is ready for some together time, gather in the formal living room in the main house. Big, spacious couches and a full wet bar grace this large tiled room, which leads directly out to the patio. One of the sofas opens into a bed for 2, while another is so long and cushiony that it almost demands a nap from you!
Adjacent to the living room are the dining rooms -- two generously sized areas, each with a glass-topped table, comfortable chairs, a coffered ceiling, and modern chandelier. French doors lead to the pool surround from one of these rooms, and both are soaked in natural light. Even if you aren't planning to do much cooking on vacation, you might just have to bring home some of Palm Coast's exceptional take-out to enjoy this space! (Otherwise, break out the games and cards. There's room for the smaller fry to play Hungry Hungry Hippos while the older crew indulges in a little penny-ante Texas Hold 'em!)
Beside the dining areas is the kitchen, one of the showplaces of Hammock Beach Princess. From the long, angled breakfast bar (perfect for the early-rising ankle-biters to enjoy their cereal and toaster waffles) to the central island to the spotlighting on granite countertops, the kitchen at this house is a pleasure to be in. Sparkling new stainless-steel appliances and well-stocked cupboards help you prepare and serve anything from a quick snack to Thanksgiving dinner!
A cozy family room with fireplace, TV, and coffered ceiling offers a pleasant place to lounge, while another living area contains a huge HDTV and wet bar, with a sleeper sofa for those night owls. A full laundry room completes the main house.
The guest house at Hammock Beach Princess features a lovely master suite just off the patio, featuring a king-sized bed, TV, and en-suite bath with granite vanity and a tub/shower combination. A kitchenette and laundry area are convenient, as is a walk-in shower.

Vacation Rental Pros manages over 400 rentals in Florida and will work hard towards your full satisfaction. Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract. Guest has 48 hours upon receiving our contract to contact us and cancel the reservation without penalty.
