Yes, there's an oceanview balcony on our 4th-floor condo, but it's so long (running the entire length of the unit) that it's more like a pavilion, with 2 sides open to palatial views and room for a casual table and chairs at one end and a lounging area at the other. You're overlooking the 8th hole of the famous Ocean Hammock golf course, with the blue ocean beyond. Heaven!
The sea air is salty on the balcony, and the murmur of the surf so soothing. This is the place you'll want to begin and end each day -- and if you rise early enough one morning, you'll even catch the brilliant sunrise over the Atlantic!
Step inside and you're in our beach-themed living and dining area, which combines a fun vibe with the latest electronics and newly updated décor. The living room is dominated by our long sectional sofa, the perfect place for the gang to pile up for movie night or for you to sneak in a completely decadent afternoon nap. The sofa faces our big HDTV with VCR and DVD player, and there's extra seating for the ankle-biters on fun foldable camp stools. (Yes, we know that these will get carried into the kids' bedroom immediately, where they have been known to serve as thrones, boats, and magic carpets.)
Beyond the living room is our dining area, with a big table for 6 and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Spacious and drenched in sunlight, it's got a great ocean view from the front and a large window on one side. This is a great place for one of those evenings that begins with a big meal and ends with card games and reminiscences to a background of music on the CD player.
And in our designer kitchen, you can prepare and serve just about anything your heart desires. All you add is groceries -- we've got the cookware, dishes, utensils, gadgets, and everything else! Granite countertops, tile flooring, and stainless-steel appliances offer the very latest décor for your culinary adventures. (Why are other people's kitchens always so much more fun to cook in?!)
One wall of the kitchen is magnetic chalk board, while another corner -- the sunniest spot in the room! -- contains the breakfast nook, a round table just right for the kids or for you to catch up on a little work (you have free wireless Internet at Cinnamon Beach 145) or write postcards while bathed in warm Florida sunshine. There are many nice little places like this in the condo, tucked away to give you a moment's respite from all the lively activity of being part of a big group!
The master bedroom is such a treat, with a luxe king-sized bed, TV, comfy reading chair, ocean views, and plenty of space. The master bath continues the opulence with his-and-her vanities, a big walk-in shower, and an absolutely heavenly soaking tub.
The 2nd bedroom regales you with a king-sized bed, HDTV, and private bathroom containing both a shower and tub option. The 3rd bedroom, also with its own TV, is convenient to the third full bathroom. No waiting in line at Cinnamon Beach 145.
Perfect for kids the 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds, 1 double bed and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeping up to 5). This room also features a playstation and a video gaming system with movies and games loaded in.
Best of all, Cinnamon Beach 145 is located in the exclusive, gated Ocean Hammock resort right on the shores of (where else?) Cinnamon Beach. Here you have access to several swimming pools, a clubhouse with gym and game room, a kids' water splash playground, and easy access to miles of private coquina-shell beach. The golf course awaits you; the cinnamon sands and sparkling waves of the beach tempt you!

Vacation Rental Pros manages over 400 rentals in Florida and will work hard towards your full satisfaction. Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract. Guest has 48 hours upon receiving our contract to contact us and cancel the reservation without penalty.
