Our kitchen is made for busy families, so whether you're planning to prepare elaborate home-cooked feasts or simply microwave the takeout and whip up a few frothy drinks, you'll find everything you need in our spotlessly clean, well-appointed kitchen. A full-sized fridge, range, double sink, and dishwasher do the heavy lifting, while all of our gadgets (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and icemaker) minimize your time in the kitchen. We've got all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to serve a crowd, so don't worry about packing a thing! Our stacked washer and dryer, adjacent to the kitchen, make laundry a breeze too.
The master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, with a wonderfully comfortable king-sized bed. A large closet and his-and-her nightstands and lamps gives both of you all the space you need, and the en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower (including hand-held massage nozzle) pamper you still further. You'll feel right at home here, and sleep like a baby in this light and airy room.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds separated by a big, light-filled window and plenty of floor space for the kids to spread out their toys. There's a full second bathroom as well. You'll find Q24 just the right size, with all the modern conveniences at hand!
Take a moment each day to step out onto our patio. The moment you open the sliding-glass door, you can hear the crashing surf and smell the ocean breeze. It's a lovely way to wake up each morning.
While you're here, be sure to enjoy all the activities offered at the Ocean Village Club complex. At Q24, you're very near one of the swimming pools, which boasts an ocean view. Another pool is heated during the winter for year-round enjoyment. There are two new tennis courts just waiting for your best match. And our grounds contain shuffleboard courts, charcoal grills, and picnic tables for family fun. The grassy lawns are just made for tossing around a football, too.
The Clubhouse at Ocean Village Club is at your disposal as well. It includes a library (beach reading running low? You'll find a terrific selection here!), and guest computer. Also, we've got free wireless Internet at the Ocean Village club house!
A private walkway leading to the beach is just steps away from Q24, carrying you down to the pristine white sands of our wide, wonderful beach. This is a family beach with plenty of kids, kites, balls, and shovels expected! The waves are challenging enough to keep the surfers and boogie-boarders in your group entertained, while shallow tidepools occupy the little ones and the peaceful coastline enchants beachcombers, shell collectors, and dreamers.
The Intracoastal Waterway is right at your back, offering even more possibilities to explore by boat, kayak, or canoe. If you're a nature lover, you'll enjoy the hiking trails. And you're just 5 miles from historic St. Augustine, with premier dining and shopping.

Vacation Rental Pros manages over 400 rentals in Florida and will work hard towards your full satisfaction. Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract. Guest has 48 hours upon receiving our contract to contact us and cancel the reservation without penalty.
