Within the cottage is a light, bright and airy space, boasting massive high ceilings. White beams dissect these peaked ceilings, with a cooling ceiling fan suspended from it. Everything in the living area and loft above is open. A full wall of windows means non-stop sunshine.
Hang out in the open-plan living room and choose from endless entertainment: watch cable, enjoy a DVD, surf the Internet (wirelessly!) or just rock out to some favorite music. Two comfy couches are set in an ‘L’ shape.

At one corner, a staircase leads to an open loft area. A queen bed is ideal for all types of guests, but a loft bedroom is always a particular hit with children. Should you need extra space, an extra bed can be provided for the living area making the total guest occupancy five. (Regularly four).
The master bedroom and loft area share a full bathroom, which has both a shower and tub combined. Choose to either get ready in a hurry or enjoy a long bath.

Vacation Rental Pros manages over 400 rentals in Florida and will work hard towards your full satisfaction. Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract. Guest has 48 hours upon receiving our contract to contact us and cancel the reservation without penalty.
