Ocean Village Club P36 is on the third floor of a family-friendly resort on the shores of St. Augustine Beach. With a glorious view of one of the swimming pools, it is less than a minute's walk from the beach via our private access walkway. At our condo you can take advantage of all the amenities of this resort, including a heated pool for winter, tennis courts, BBQ grills, picnic tables, a fitness center, and a lending library. Even if you never left the complex, you would have a great vacation at Ocean Village Club!
Our condo is light, breezy, and welcoming, with new furniture and spotlessly clean rooms. Step into the living room and you are met with the temptation of luxuriously comfortable couches grouped around a large TV with DVD player. The perfect way to relax after a busy day in the sun, the living area can be expanded in evening by sliding back the glass door and making the lanai part of the space. You'll love stargazing from the balcony! Plus, this unit has wifi inside the condo.
Part of the living area is our dining table, which seats 6 and has been known to double as a game or computer center. After supper, break out the Risk and let the whole family do battle! Bedtimes are relaxed on vacation, and these moments are precious. Snacks and drink refills are just a step away in the kitchen!
And how you will enjoy our kitchen, even if you have vowed not to cook a single meal while on holiday. It's fully stocked with all major appliances as well as the time-saving gadgets that make life easier, from the microwave and toaster oven to the blender, coffee maker, and ice maker. We've provided all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need, too, so you needn't pack so much as a corkscrew. Fill up the fridge with drinks and the cupboards with munchies, and you're good to go!
You'll even find a washer and dryer tucked into a far corner of the kitchen. We keep them concealed behind a door so you don't have to think about laundry until you need to, but it's good to know that they're there anytime you run out of dry towels.
Our living space is designed for togetherness and lively activity, while the sleeping area is filed with calmer colors and a sense of coziness to promote a great night's rest. The master suite contains a plump queen-size bed, large TV, reading chair, and access to the lanai. The master bath is en suite, with a separate powder room area and both a tub and shower.
The second bedroom features matching twin beds, plenty of closet space, and a large window. The second full bathroom is located conveniently just outside its door. And all of the linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets for the beds and baths are provided at Ocean Village Club P36. Just unpack your suitcase and the house is ready!
You will love the wide, unspoiled, family-friendly beach waiting for you here. Its waves are challenging enough for the surfers and swimmers in your group, while the sand is ideal for everything from bocce ball tournaments to pails and shovels. Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract.
