Distinctively decorated, St Augustine Sea Breeze Beach House has personality to spare, but it's the comfort and convenience you'll really appreciate. The breakfast bar dining area and kitchen are side-by-side, which makes mealtimes easier. Of course, you may decide to dine al fresco on the shaded picnic table out back, in which case the dining room table will just have to become your computer station (you have free wireless Internet at St Augustine Sea Breeze Beach House) or game area. Go ahead -- put on your favorite CD, rustle up some popcorn and frosty blender drinks, and settle in for a night of Cranium! Sometimes the best part of a vacation is this time alone with the family, just having old-fashioned fun.
You'll find our kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you need to prepare just about anything -- just add groceries and you're good to go!
Chances are you'll carry your meals straight from the kitchen out to the picnic table, which can be found in our grassy, fenced backyard. From here you will breathe in that wonderful salty ocean air, and on quiet evenings you might even hear the murmur of the surf. Plan to eat lunch out here, then let the kids frolic in the yard. Long afternoon naps are guaranteed for the little ones after all that fresh air and fun!
Speaking of naps, you will love the bedrooms at St Augustine Sea Breeze Beach House. And all of the pillows, blankets, and linens you need for every bed are provided here, along with towel sets for the bathrooms and a full-sized washer and dryer to keep them (and all your vacation clothes) clean and fresh.
The master bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds. We have a two full bathroom convenient to these bedrooms.
A short walk across the street gets you to the non-driving portion of St. Augustine Beach. A stone's throw a variety of restaurants, the County Pier and Anastasia State Park. The ocean is just 1 1/2 blocks down our friendly little street, and the beach is wide and beautiful. Best of all, our house is located a quick walk to many restaurants and cafes and bars.

Your credit card will be charged $300 towards the reservation, and then you will be emailed a contract. Guest has 48 hours upon receiving our contract to contact us and cancel the reservation without penalty.
