This adorable 2nd floor cottage style condo is located just 10 homes from the beach. It has two bedrooms, a new bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a grill, picnic table, chairs and bikes that are available for you to use. You will find two flat screens and a DVD player. We have plenty of board games for the kids and a washer and dryer for your convenience right in the unit.

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2- Bunkbed (sIngle on top and a futon full on the bottom)
There is also a couch if you need to sleep a 6th person.
