About Owner: The 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is on the second floor overlooking the pool deck with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was used for personal use for the last 10 years and is now being converted to a rental. The condo has a large master bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, pull out sofa and has plenty of room to accommodate a blow up mattress. Royal Gardens can be viewed at Sear Breeze Realty SC. The virtual tour will be up soon. Royal Garden Resorts has a indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and a small bar/restaurant on the first floor. The condo is within 20 minutes of everything. Movies, Broadway on the Beach, Murrells Inlet, water parks, EVERYTHING.
