Stay in one of the oldest and best parts of the city, Historical Land Park! Did you know Sacramento has more trees per capita than any other city except Paris, and it's getting even greener!

This house boasts gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. A galley style kitchen with new appliances & marble counter tops as well as stack-able washer and dryer. There are two well lit bedrooms and one full bath. There's a full size micro-suede couch with matching recliner and love sack, both perfect places to crash. A wood burning fireplace and a indoor 9' vintage Brunswick shuffleboard table. The hammock and reclining lawn chairs are stored in the living room closet and are perfect for reading, relaxing, basking in the afternoon sun, or enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine outside.

If you enjoy a good workout there are many work out videos available as well as yoga mats, free weights, pull-up bar and a Ugi ball. Maybe go for a run on the near by trails or just around beautiful Land Park!

Sacramento's Land Park is famous for its tree lined streets that allow the warm sun to peek through. There are several parks near by to relax and read a book or play a round of golf. Land Park golf course is the oldest golf course in the city. If you should choose to bike, walk or long board and go explore, you're only about a 15 minute walk to the American River and downtown Sacramento, the city of trees. Because of the high number of parks in and around the city there are a lot of activities and events to attend most of which are free admission. The city's largest farmers market is only a few blocks away which carries all local produce, meats and more.

Several restaurants are only a 10 -15 minute walk, 5-10 on bike or a short cab ride away. Public transportation is also just around the corner. You're close to all major freeways, convenient should you decide to travel throughout gorgeous Northern California. It's also just a short 10 - 15 minute drive to the Sacramento International Airport. Amtrak is a also a great source of public transportation between cities, the station is only 7 minutes away.
