Camden Green is a brand new centrally located one-bedroom unit and is the right place for vacationers who want to enjoy urban Victoria, as well as the amazing outdoor opportunities of the greater Victoria area. If you are coming to Victoria for business, this unit is a quick drive to the downtown area either via highway or surface streets. Should you need to be at Victoria General Hospital, the unit is within walking distance at approximately 1 kilometer away. Also, for alternative commuting options, the Galloping Goose and Lochside bike-way and walkway is a less than a 5 minute short stroll which you can use to run, bike or inline skate to anywhere in the Victoria area. This unit is also a short drive to the new Uptown Center, the Millstream shopping centers and the Langford based shopping centers as well as the array of shopping opportunities in downtown Victoria.As you enter the unit there is a small powder room on one side and a lovely kitchen with all of the equipment one would need. The kitchen also features a dishwasher and microwave. The living space has a good sized living room with a couch/hide-a-bed and daybed, a large screen TV and a blue-ray player. There is cable TV and internet service and the unit has full WiFi. The bedroom's main feature is a queen size bed with a nightstand and dresser. The large ensuite bathroom provides all of the normal amenities. In a closet inside the bathroom are the washer and dryer. All 3 closets have been professionally designed and finished providing significant storage. The floors are wood throughout, with the exception of the bathroom floors, which are tile. There is a good sized private deck that you access from the living room. The deck has chairs and a small table as well as a propane BBQ.The Camden Green building has been awarded the Gold Standard for its construction and use of energy. Hot water and heating is done by a geothermal unit which means there will be plenty of hot water and for those cold days, the heat coming through the floor will keep your feet warm.This unit is the perfect location from which to plan your travels of Southern Vancouver Island or to use as a base of operations while working in the area. It is a great location, a new building with green living in mind, truly the place to stay.
