This house is extremely versatile and is ideal for accommodating parties for the following purposes: family vacations (for a single family or even four), family reunions, corporate rentals (retreat-sales/training boot camp, employee benefits, client benefits), weddings, and all of your other special occasions (retirement party, bachelor party, birthday party, etc.)

You can rent boats, kayaks, and even a sail boat for the right price. The fishing is astonishing and is located 35 minutes away in Montauk. Nightlife: Jet East, Star Room, Roccos a la Playa, La Supernica, and all of the other Sag bars. You have the opportunity to rub elbows with the celebrities and elite.

Really the only word that suites this property is WOW!!! This is exactly what my friends and I are looking for, for after-prom. Please contact me as soon as you can, for I cannot find a better home suited for our post-prom needs. Once again--WOW!!! Please ASAP
