Minimum Security Deposit of $350.00. Security Deposit plus 50% of rental cost plus taxes (11%) due upon booking, final 50% of rental cost due 30 days before arrival. The Security Deposit is refundable (- $59 cleaning fee) upon checkout provided there is no damage. Please inquire for long term or annal rentals as the deposits are different than above. Minimum Rental is one Month!
Cancellation
No refunds less than 30 days prior to arrival unless we are successful in renting your unused time, If we can rent your unused time, we will refund you the balance not used..

November 2003 - After just one week here, we've fallen in love with this place. The condo has location, location, location. After dinner each evening we love sitting on the chairs by the inlet, water ten feet from us, watching the lighthouse and feeling the tropical breezes. It is so peacceful here. The condo is very nicely done, right down to the wonderfully soft towels. We have found some really incredible restaurants close by. The other day, I was able to sit on the sofa, look out the front window and sketch and paint the lighthouse. The pelicans sit on the docks and pose for me while I sketch. What a wonderful place. We'll be back!
