The 1100 square foot second floor two bedroom two bath unit with 1 King Bed in Master Bedroom and twin beds in the other (plus sleeper-sofa) is especially priced for immediate use at only $700 a week. (NOTE- RATES ARE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER DURING WINTER SEASON -JAN-APRIL) The balcony looks out at grass and trees - not at your neighbors. Private and quiet.
