Upstairs, the Den/Bedroom features a bar area and refrigerator with TV and a full size futon. From the Den/Bedroom, there's a deck staircase leading up to an observation deck 40 feet above ground. The upstairs deck gives you a 360-degree view of North Captiva Island. You won't believe the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. If there's a better place in the world to catch a sunset, we haven't found it yet!
