Your personal check, traveler's check, bank or cashier's check, money order, cash. Your credit card is welcome via PayPal (add 3.1% to cover their fee). RATES: For 1 or 2 people - Weekly (7 or more nights) = $95/night. 3-to-6 nights, $110/night. 2 nights, $145/night. (RATES for 3 or 4 people, add $20/night to the rates.) La Casita usually rents by the month or longer, & rate varies by season.

Deposit of one-half the total rental confirms your reservation. Balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 3 (three) weeks of your arrival require payment in full to secure the reservation.

Your well-behaved pet is welcome with a $100 cash deposit payable when you arrive, and $80 cash is cheerfully REFUNDED when you depart and all is well.



The deposit and balance are refundable if you cancel ANYtime, less a $85 administrative fee, only if La Casita de Amor is re-booked for the same dates you reserved.



NO cleaning or hidden fees. Gross receipts tax of 7.9375% is the [/i]only tax[i]. This single, unique adobe casita does not require lodger's tax of 14.9375% that multi-unit lodgings charge. This is an up-front SAVINGS to you of 7%.
