This house was built in 1981 as a traditional style Destin beach cottage. At 1,150 total square footage, this Florida vacation rental may be small in size but big in everything that it has to offer. Your vacation may be characterized by adventure and reality.

The Almost Perfect Beach House has a lot of windows that makes it bright, airy, and beachy. Access to the second floor deck and main living quarters of this beach cottage is via an exterior staircase that cannot be accessed by anyone but your group as it requires a key to the front door. As a bonus for the rainy days, you will find a screened porch that can be accessed from the second floor dining room or deck of this beach house for rent. This Destin beach vacation rental is child friendly, and perfect for families or couples.

The master suite on the 2nd floor of this Frangista Beach vacation rental is furnished with a king bed. The other 2nd floor bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a private bath. Plus, a queen sleeper sofa has been provided in the living area of the 800 square foot second floor for additional sleeping capacity for your vacation group or family.

The downstairs of this Florida beach vacation rental is designed as a separate 350 square foot unit and is perfect for the adult children or grandparents. It is furnished with a queen bed. Plus, there is an individual living area with a queen sleeper, galley kitchen, and screened in porch for those who do not wish to climb steps.

You have two doors to access the 1st floor efficiency. One door is in the garage and allows you to gain access to the ground unit without going outside. The second entrance is an outdoor doorway and is located on the screened in porch on the south side of this beach house for rent. A Rental Deposit of 35% of the base rental rate plus optional Travel Insurance fee is accessed to hold the reservation. An additional 25% of the rental rate will be accessed for parents chaperoning youth groups. Youth groups are defined as groups of people who are on the rental property under the auspices of rental agreement who are under the age of 25. No property will be rented to individuals under the age of 25.

Cancellation
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows: For any cancellation that is more than 90 days prior to the check in date, there will be a $100 fee deduction from your Rental Deposit. Travel insurance is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs 31 to 90 days prior to the check in date, the Rental Deposit will be retained. If the cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival, the full rent and taxes will be retained for the owner of the property.

& Taxes
$200 Housekeeping fee, $45 accidental damage protection fee, and 11% Florida Sales Tax is charged in addtion to the rate on all rentals. Pool may be heated for an additional fee.
