Cancellations should be in writing, sent via e-mail (preferred), fax, courier, or regular mail. You may cancel your reservation at any time prior to signing the Lease Agreement. The Reservation Deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 90 days prior to the commencement of your rental period. The Reservation Deposit is also fully refundable if you cancel no more than 7 days after you have received the lease documents. Otherwise, the Reservation Deposit is forfeited. Prior to ratifying the Lease Agreement, I may cancel a booking at any time for any reason, in which case all Deposits will be promptly refunded, and I shall have no further obligations to you.
