We accept payment by cheque, travelers cheques , money orders or cash. We accept Visa and Master Card and Pay Pal for a 3 % processing fee.
Starting Rates:Rates vary depending on season and property type.$1500-$5000/week$500-$1500/weekend$15,000-$30,000/Seasonal Rentals.Nightly rates from 160.00 to 1000.00 - 2 night minimum requiredSeasonal rates do not include taxes and utilities.

Deposits
50 % on reservation remainder 35 days before arrival.
Cancellation
$ 150.00 adm fees if 35 days before arrival. All prime time rentals ( Christmas, New Years, Presidents' week, all Canadian and US school and college breaks) are non-refundable. All other deposits are non-refundable within 35 of arrival.
