OCEANFRONT. The Kauai Kai suite is loacated in a group of privately owned homes on the North Shore of O'ahu. From our Kauai Kai suite you can enjoy impressive views from one end of Hau'ula Bay to the other with beautiful Ko'olau Mountains beyond. This large 1 bedroom suite (700sf) features a cozy Hawaiian Style covered lanai overlooking our courtyard and hot tub. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy beachside yard. Watch spectacular sunrises over Molokai or count shooting stars while soaking in one of four (4) private spas we have located throughout our tropically landscaped property.

We also have complimentary ocean kayaks and snorkeling gear available for you. Stroll down the beach to the Hau'ula Beach Park and Coral Preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming. Close by are the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort and Golf, Brigham Young University - Hawaii Campus, and the last unspoiled 'Hawaiian' style towns on O'ahu.

Deposits

A Security/Damage Deposit of $200 is required to book the unit.

Cancellation & Return Policy

To hold your reservation we require a partially refundable security deposit of $200.00 US for each suite. $100.00 is refundable if you cancel your reservation for any reason up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival. All rents are due in-full (in addition to security deposit) thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation after rents have been paid and within thirty (30) days prior to arrival there is a $100 administrative processing charge and the rent is refunded for each day that the suite is re-rented. Refund checks are mailed out the first business week of each month only. No refunds will be automatically credited back to charge cards, but will be mailed out in the form of a check to the billing address on the charge card.

At Hale Ko'olau we pride ourselves on maintaining a personal and welcoming environment. That is why we will always personally check our guests into their suites. This gives us a chance to meet you and also to answer your questions. All guests are required to sign a waiver of liability declaration when they check-in along with the credit card charge authorizations.
