Sweeping views of both the rugged Atlantic Ocean where guests are encouraged to catch seafood for their evening meal and secluded long beaches with calm turquoise waters on the Sea of Abaco.

Tip of Tilloo is perched on the most southern tip of Tilloo Cay and from the highest point, picture perfect views surround the gazebo while relaxing in one of the many hammocks. Sip your fresh morning brew watching the sunrise over the vast Atlantic or gaze across the sea during sunset.

Tip of Tilloo is a new (2001) island style hideaway with an executive taste providing privacy with its design.

Adjoined by the veranda are two separate houses each having a well-equipped kitchen,great room with a dining area and a comfortable place to read that long overdue book. One house offers two bedrooms and the other has one bedroom. Each of the three king bedrooms (can be converted to twins) offer their own unique private bath. A detached fourth bedroom(twins-can be converted to king) with private bath sits on the hillside offering views of the sea below.

A large gazebo on top of the hill with hammocks offers breath taking views overlooking the Atlantic and the blow hole is a must to see!

The villa is surrounded by gardens with nicely appointed furnishings on the veranda and outside dining area overlooking the turquoise sea and private white sand beaches.

An outside cooking area with sink, gas BBQ and big cooker allows for "the man of the house" to grill the catch of the day.

Steps off the veranda lead to a 230' deep-water dock accommodating up to a 55' yacht. Or take a short stroll through the palm grove along the secluded path to private white sand beaches for a refreshing dip.

Other amenities include VHF radio, ceiling fans throughout, satellite TV, VCR, stereo/tape/CD player, games, books and movies.

This special hideaway is located within 5-minutes of deep-sea fishing in the Atlantic Ocean with your own sports fishing boat. Sandy Cay Reef, Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park are protected areas for diving and snorkeling, accessible within 10 minutes by boat.

As you approach this area, while cruising in your boat, you'll come across jetting white sandbanks with an abundance of marine life. This well kept secret of the Abaco Chain is located only six miles north of Cherokee Sound or six miles south of Marsh Harbour. The clear Turquoise Sea of Abaco allows for easy viewing of some of the largest Sea Stars and Sand Dollars you have ever seen. Please don't remove them, as they are a special part of our best-kept secret. , , Tilloo Cay a private island offering their guests a true out island experience. , Tilloo Cay is located within five minutes in your boat to a wonderful National Sea Park, /"Sandy Cay Reef and Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park/" This unique 2000 acre land and sea park contains beautiful underwater caves, extensive coral reefs and abounds with terrestrial plant and animal life, , The National Sea Park is a very interesting Eco-tourism area with an abundance of underwater coral life including plenty of Elk Horn coral. The sea life is fantastic including spotter rays, giant sea turtles and grouper, plant life, bird life, and provides a nesting area for many of the birds. , , Sandy Cay almost cuts in two, about half way on this Cay during high tide. The low narrow beach covered by the sea makes this look like two islands during high tide. , , There are some permanent moorings placed along the eastern shore side. These moorings are intended for the basic rental boat size, no large cruising boats. Although, the snorkeling is interesting all along this reef, you must go just north of the little rocky island (about half way on the eastern side of Sandy Cay); this area is just unbelievable. Only one can appreciate the beauty if they have been there. Or try a stroll during low tide on the narrow beach between sand dunes and coral for a walk to the other side of Sandy Cay. Even if the surf is breaking you will enjoy fine snorkeling on this inside reef. Note, the further you swim out, the more spectacular the reef becomes. We were told that a famous undersea explorer from France praised highly about this reef as one of the most beautiful in North America. , , Pelican Cays beach is shaped as a convex curve and turns a corner, extending east of the shoal, and south of the shoal. This is a nice beach for swimming, shelling, beachcombing or relaxing in the sun. Most likely you will be the only soles around. We enjoyed this beach the best but within this area you will find you&39;re own perfect beaches too. The northern part of the Pelican Cays has some interesting ruins if you enjoy exploring., , Pelican Cays Land and Sea Park is protected and maintained by the Bahamas National Trust. Their purpose is to help perpetuate conservation, science and education, aesthetic values and offer a first rate recreational area. Enjoy it but help them achieve this noble objective by respecting it. Please take as many pictures as you like?but please remember no spearing, fishing, touching or removal of any marine, plant, or wild life.
