If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival, then full amount shown in point n° 4 will be requested to be paid, and only refunded (unless the part payment/deposit) if a “re-sale” is possible. In case of rental longer than 1 month, if cancellation is less than 4 weeks before the day of arrival, then is requested part payment/deposit plus the amount for the first month. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
By the way, our Company sells insurances covering with just few euros the entire amount of your booking.
