1 nights rent + tax & cleaning fee.
80% of the deposit is refundable if canceled 60 days before arrival. All cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of funds. Late cancellations will receive prorated funds, if home is re-rented.
10% tax, cleaning fee $250 which covers the cleaning when you depart as well as the linens we supply you with during your stay.
