Deposits

1 nights rent + tax & cleaning fee.

Cancellation & Return Policy

80% of the deposit is refundable if cancelled 60 days before arrival. All cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of funds. Late cancellations will receive prorated funds, if home is re-rented.

Fees & Taxes

10% tax, cleaning fee $250 which covers the cleaning when you depart as well as the linens we supply you with during your stay.
