Cancellation
Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival and forfeit 20% of 1st nights rent and tax. Cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival and forfeit entire amount unless we can rebook your unit.

13% occupancy tax, + cleaning & linen fee of $250, which covers the cleaning when you depart as well as pay for the linens we supply you with during your stay.
