Four Months or Longer Rent = $3000 per month Deposits
1st nights rent + tax due at the time of making reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Cancel 60 days prior to arrival and forfeit 20% of 1st nights rent and tax.
Cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival and forfeit the entire amount unless we can rebook your unit.
& Taxes
13% occupancy tax, + cleaning & linen fee of $250.00
