Our 3-story Newport beach duplex features two 1300 square foot units. The Newport beach vacation rentals are all nicely furnished, modern, brand new, and as clean and trouble-free as we can make them. We rent short term only to families, business people, and adults. Only half block to beach our featured Newport Beach building can sleep up to six guests comfortably in each 2br unit. It features a beautifully decorated and spacious living room, a furnished patio with BBQ a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to spend the perfect vacation. Large bonus bedroom/bath complexes on the second and third floors are optional and can be rented individually with the first floor 2br unit. Building has 3 balconies and 1 large patio for outdoor entertaining and enjoyment.

The California vacation apartment also boasts high-speed Internet, ceiling fans, Dutch doors, covered parking, and 4 beach cruiser bikes that are available for short term rentals (Labor Day through Memorial Day) . All our Newport beach units are soundproofed from each other.

While spending time in our Newport vacation rental you can also enjoy such water activities as boating, fishing and jet skiing among others. Amusements parks, shelling and biking also await outdoor enthusiasts in our Newport beach accommodation.

Our place is in a quiet and safe Newport beach neighborhood with many owner-occupied dwellings, and year-round rental properties. It is the fourth building from the water (half-block). The sand is about 100 strides from the rear of the building. We are located on the beach side of River Ave., between 47th and 48th streets. The 48th St, lifeguard tower is close to where you will swim. Garage parking with an automatic opener allows a car inside and a space behind the garage for another small car for each unit. The garage has ample space for bikes and beach gear. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage.

Units are clean when you move in. You clean when you leave. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided. Arrangements can be made for a cleaning service.

$300 refundable cleaning and breakage deposit required.

Damage Waiver Fee: We do not charge a processing fee, damage waiver fee or any other non-refundable fees that are customary in Newport Beach.
