Our place is in a quiet and safe Newport beach neighborhood with many owner-occupied dwellings, and year-round rental properties. It is the fourth building from the water (half-block). The sand is about 100 strides from the rear of the building. We are located on the beach side of River Ave., between 47th and 48th streets. The 48th St, lifeguard tower is close to where you will swim. Garage parking with an automatic opener allows a car inside and a space behind the garage for another small car for each unit. The garage has ample space for bikes and beach gear. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage.
This Newport beach condominium has everything you need to feel right at home and our destination has just about every activity you could ever want to try with friends and loved ones.
