We offer affordable quality OPEN waterfront Florida Keys vacation rentals with SPECTACULAR sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico, complimentary boat dockage and an on-site boat ramp. Spacious rentals (700 sq. ft. 1-bedroom, 900 sq. ft. 2-bedroom) on quaint and quiet Conch Key (MM 63) provide you with a real Florida Keys vacation experience. We are located in northern Marathon and just south of Islamorada. Property is managed on-site by the owners, and fishing charters are available leaving directly from our docks.

Cancellation
Our policy is simple. If we are able rent your villa to another party, then we will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rent your villa to another party, then you forfeit your deposit. In most cases we can find another renter if you give us enough notice.

This is by far the best place i have stayed in the Keys! Very Clean safe and secure. The boat is right outside your door. Bill & Katrina are great hosts. You are right on the Bay and 30 seconds from the Ocean side by Boat. This is where you should bring the family. They also offer and coordinate charter trips as well. We go back every year and it gets better.

Sunset villas is such a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The roomsare extremely clean and they have everthing that you need to stay for the week. The fishing is great and it is close to good snorkeling and dive spots. I highly recommend having a boat or renting one. Also, Katrina and Bill are so nice and accomodating to all the guests needs. We had a BLAST, and are already planning our next trip.

The accommodations are excellent, and the view during all hours is SPECTACULAR!! Highly recommended for a peaceful vacation. Unbelievable sunsets, great fishing, and the marine life is out of this world! The owners go out of their way to provide you with any information you need to get the most out of your vacation! It is truly paradise found!

The best place to be if you want quiet privacy and don't want someone pampering you. I go on vacation to be left alone and enjoy the Keys, not to party and be obnoxious. This is the place to relax. Beautiful sunsets, great fishing, great owners and nice rooms. Will be back twice a year if the wife allows it!

This will be our 4th year @ Sunset Villas. Bill & Katrina offer a great location at reasonable rates. I look forward to our trip annually. The accomadations are great and so is the Fishing.
