This wonderful ocean view property can be offered as a 3 or 4 bedroom in the September to May season. During the summer months it is offered as a 4 bedroom 3 bath. This home is perfect for family getaways, complete with bicycles, boogie boards and beach chairs! Nice private patio is right off the dining area, open the French doors and enjoy the home from the outside in! The gas grill and ocean view from the patio make this the perfect spot to be. This home is just steps to the waters edge. Summer months we offer this home on Saturday to Saturday rental. Off season gives the flexibility of 3+ night rentals. This unit is part of a duplex and also features a one car garage. Mission Beach is just minutes from Sea World and close to downtown San Diego. Belmont Park is just a few courts away.
