The outside is tropical setting with palm trees and clean wide deep canal for direct ocean access within minutes. 90' concrete dock /davits , fish cleaning table with water and electric at dock, There is gas bbq grill, ice machine and bait freezer. Wonderful for the men for fishing and ladies are happy with sunbathing and relaxing ( with ample seating) in the sun. Walk to restaurant and close to all facilities. Dish satilite, Wifi/fax/printing on premises. Plenty of room for cars, and motor home, washer and dryer both levels. Also great for large families gatherings, & reunions. Pet must be trained and not a nuisance to neighbors. Please No loud parties, there are working neighbors and we do not want to disturb. You will truly love this home.
