Pine Arbor Retreat is a luxurious 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10 people and where you can surround yourself with the natural beauty of Yosemite National Park. The house is located through the gates of the park in a quiet, scenic residential neighborhood. It is 20 minutes from Yosemite Valley and 10 minutes from Badger Pass Ski Resort. Amenities include a spacious living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD/CD player, VCR, redwood deck with barbecue and laundry facilities.

Deposits
When you make your reservation, you will be charged immediately for two (2) nights, including tax, on your Visa or MasterCard. There is a two night minimum.
Cancellation
1. When you make your reservation, you will be charged immediately for two (2) nights, including tax, on your Visa or MasterCard. 2. One (1) month prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be charged to your original credit card.
3. Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.
4. Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty-five (25) percent on the deposit received, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
5. In the event of a cancellation, within seven (7) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
6. Sorry, we do not give refunds for shortened stays.

We visited Yosemite again and stayed at The Jumping Deer at Pine Arbor. We were delighted with the apartment. It was just the right size for the three of us. Who would have thought you would find a vessel sink in a mountain cabin. This is a reat place to stay in Yosemite.

My 3 grandchildren and I really enjoyed our stay at Jumping Deer. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and cozy and provided welcome relaxation after busy days of hiking and swimming. The kitchen was well-equipped and added to ease of relaxing and watching a movie after a busy day outside. The area in which the house is situated is beautiful and serene, and the house and the accessibility to the park make it an ideal location for a stay with active children. Can't wait to return!

Pine Arbor is just like a home away from home. It's an immaculate, comfortable home with a beautiful view of the surrounding forest. The house is close to the center of Park activity, yet far enough from the hubbub. We enjoyed the pine trees and the sounds of birds and nature before embarking on the day's adventures. Our cozy evenings, playing games and watching current movies on DVDs near the wood burning fireplace after hiking all day made for a perfect time. My family had a 5 star experience there.

Ab Fab house. Very comfortable. Great spaces for the whole gang. We've enjoyed this rental in all seasons but like Winter and Spring best. You'll feel like you're at home.
30 min from the Valley or golf in Wawona. Close to Badger Pass. Groceries available in the Valley or 1 hr away in Oakhurst - just stop on your way into the park.

This retreat is everything you'll want. It is large and roomy, clean, well organized and in an incredible location. Large screen TV, DVDs everything? Close to the park and golf course.

We stayed in the Jumping Deer apartment in October 2008. It was our first visit to Yosemite and we wanted to actually stay in the park itself. We were not disappointed. The apartment was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.
The location, away from the busy valley floor was perfect. If we are fortunate enough to return to Yosemite from the UK we would certainly use this accommodation again.

My family of 3 stayed at The Jumping Deer, a single bedroom apartment on the lower level of the Pine Arbor. It was every bit as nice as the pictures showed and the discription was completely accurate. The place was clean and all appliances, TV, DVR and lights worked. Yosemite West is not in the park but a 20 minute or so drive to Yosemite Valley. Short of staying in a motor home or tent in the Valley, I would return to this property without hesitation.

In October of this year, our family and two other couples rented Pine arbor retreat. What a wonderful place! Before this trip, we always when to the Hotels in Yosemite. We had no idea that you could rent a home inside the park. Now that we know about this place, we wouldn't be going to the "hotels" any more.
This huge house has a great room with a huge sofa that all ten of us could use at the same time and watch their DirectTV. Great for relaxing after hiking all day.
We will be back next year!!

Over the past several years I have stayed at four or five rental properties in Yosemite West, and this was the nicest. The main home, Pine Arbor, is quite large, capable of sleeping 6 wonderfully in bedrooms and more. So it's a great place for a family get together. The upstairs living area is almost one vast space, with cool toys and a great balcony. Master bedroom has its own balcony. The jacuzzi tub is wonderful after long (and in the fall) dusty hikes. On this trip we had a significant family gathering (max we had 7 people) part of the time, and part of the time was just the wife and I. For the crowd, most excellent. For a couple, way bigger than necessary but it was wonderfully delicious to have the place to ourselves. Local managers are across the street and are very nice. And as for the location, Yosemite is vacation for the soul. Pine Arbor is a great harbor while visiting one of the grandest places on the planet.

I give the highest recommendation to Pine Arbor Retreat. It is centrally located in Yosemite and the accommodations were everything we were looking for and more. We stayed for a week with friends and it was a wonderful place to come home to after a day of hiking and exploring. It provided the utmost in comfort, cleanliness and spaciousness. There is also a large selection of quality movies on DVD to choose from.
