We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We also accept personal checks for the final balance and must be received 30 days or more prior to your arrival date.

Deposits
50% payment is required when making the reservation and the balance is due, automatically charged to the credit card on file, 30 days prior to your arrival date. Upon checking in, we require an imprint of your credit card for a $300 security deposit and $15 key deposit for each set of keys.

Cancellation
Cancellations accepted up to 21 days prior to arrival with a $35 cancel fee. Changes to dates or unit selection up to 14 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds or cancellations within 21 days of arrival.(Holiday periods: Cancel Fee is $125 if cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, no refunds or cancellations within 30 days of arrival.)

& Taxes
One Time $35 Reservation Processing Fee. 12% Sales Tax. Also a linen charge ranging from $15-$53 depending on unit size. Option to add travel insurance for 6.5% of rental amount.
