We have TV's in both bedrooms & living room. There's a DVD player, VCR, CD player/stereo. All the linen, dishes, cookware & full size kitchen appliances are included. There's coin operated laundry facilities on the ground level. A full size pool and grill are available. 4 ceiling fans. Hair dryer in master bath. Beach chairs and some toys.

We are located on a 7 mile island, mid-island in Seaside Condominiums. Grocery & marina are across the street. Activities include: shelling, swimming, boating, fishing, shopping, dinner movie theatre, many resturants, & a trolley service. Outlet malls, museums, and many golf courese are with in minutes away. We are about 2.5 hours from Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, the major water parks. We are centally located between Naples and Sanibel, Captiva.
