There is a huge 'lodge style' great room available to all owners and guests, which has a huge screen TV various games, and changing rooms for the hot tubs.The master bedroom has a KING bed and each of the other two bedrooms contains a queen AND a single bed, so 8 people can sleep in five beds.We also have FREE high speed internet access.

50% to hold reservation, 50% 4 weeks before arrival (except Christmas and New Year when payment must be received 8 weeks in advance, In order to maintin this unit in pristine condition, first time guests will be required to provide a credit card or refundable security deposit. Note also, all rates and availability subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Cancellation
Booking deposits are considered FIRM and are non refundable for any reason. This is a private vacation home, not a hotel, and we do not overbook. Once we have received your deposit, we decline further requests for that week, so even requests for changing dates after deposit has been acknowleged are considered cancellations.

& Taxes
Add 5.775% tax and $150 cleaning fee in winter, $100 in summer.
