Deposits

We ask for a $1,000 night deposit to make a reservation. Please note that an additional cleaning fee will be added to all bookings.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations must be received, in writing, at least 60 days prior to arrival for a refund of your deposit, less an amount equal to one night’s stay. If the cancellation is received 59 days or less prior to your arrival, including the day of arrival, your deposit will be refunded only if the unit can be re-rented during the same time period and for the same price less an amount equal to one night’s stay. If the unit is rented for a lesser price or for a lesser number of days, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the difference. The same rules apply once the full balance has been paid. Please note that there are no refunds for no shows or early departure. If you must cancel, we will make every effort to re-rent the property so that you will receive as much reimbursement as possible.
