Spread out in this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The ceramic tile, leather furniture, and professional decorations are only the beginning. There is a TV in every room, and a stereo in the living room. Lounge at the private pool & cook out on the nearby grill. At night watch as the lights make the water in the pool change from purple, to green, to blue! The walk to the beach is about 375 feet. Departure cleaning is included in the weekly rate but linens are not. Pool is 10x22.

Cancellation
Comfirmed reservations are non transferable to another property or rental week or refundable.If you cancel your reservation and/or have paid in full and the property is not re-rented, you forfeit half the basic rental amount. If the property is re-rented, all prepaid money will be refunded to you, less a 20% re rent fee.
