We have a Tennis Court for renters, and a Dock on the Salt Water Pond for Kayaks, Row Boats, and Canoes that has access to the Parker River and Seagull Beach. We have a Gas BBQ Grill, Gas Fireplace, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Cable TV W/VCR & DVD Player. An outdoor 'after-swim' hot and cold running shower for your convience that makes you feel at home. We are very close to 4 Public Golf Courses in West Yarmouth. There is a Jedi for Fishing at Seagull Beach and a Fishing Pier at Smugglers Beach, both are in Yarmouth.

RENT ANY 2 WEEKS IN APRIL, MAY, SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER AND GET THE SECOND WEEK AT HALF PRICE. RENT 3 DAYS AND GET THE 4 DAY FREE. Deposit required is 1/2 the rental amount at the time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is also a security deposit of $300.00 due 60 days prior to arrival. This will be returned within 14 days after departure.
No taxes or fees. If the cottage is not left neat and clean for the next tenant, there will be a $100 Cleaning Fee taken from the Security Deposit.

We had a great time at Kokomo cottage. It is a very nice neighborhood of summer cottages. Bob was very welcoming and showed us around the neighborhood so we knew where everyting was. The cottage was very clean and Bob has gone above and beyond stocking the cottage with all the amenities!!!! The cottage is perfect for a small family. The master bedroom was very comfortable. We slept great even on the first night!!! I would recommend the cottage to small families and couples!!!! Thank you Bob, we had a great time!!!!

We loved our stay at Kokomo Cottage. The cottage was clean, bright and well equipped. The neighbourhood was pretty, peaceful and convenient to everything we needed. The location was also excellent for getting around the Cape. We highly recommend Kokomo! Thanks Bob and Debbie.
