Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. Personal checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment. NOTE; Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.



A deposit of 50% of rental amount is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal



Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given, less $150.00 administrative fee, if unit is re-rented for the reserved time period.



Accommodation tax is of 11% of rental amount. Refundable $225.00 damage/cleaning deposit. $25.00 cleaning inspection will be retained. Remaining deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure, provided house was left in good condition. Departure cleaning can be provided for $125.00. Linen package available for $150.00.
