From covered parking, deluxe accommodations & amenities to the soft, white sand of Crescent beach on beautiful Siesta Key.

One visit to Siesta Breakers will undoubtedly result in your desire to return year after year like most of our clientele.

We offer 2br/2ba and also 2 1/2br/2ba Siesta Key condos available. All the units have a full size washer/dryer in them, plus the owner(s) supply all the towels, linens, and chairs for the beach. Each unit does have their own style, but most have a king size bed in the masters and 2 twins in the second bedroom. For the two and one half bedrooms, the 1/2 bedroom area has either bunk beds or another twin bed. We also have the Siesta Key unit(s) cleaned before and after you have left. All of our units have a Gulf View, some have a pool view, and 4 units that we rent have a Gulf Front view.

We take check(s), cash, money orders, or traveler's check(s). WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF CREDIT CARDS! Deposits
There is a $400 deposit that is required. You will receive the security deposit back 60 days after your departure date.

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your reservation we ask for you to do it 90 prior to arrival, so you will receive your $400 security deposit back. And if you made half of your rental payment we will keep this if you do not cancel before the 90 days.

& Taxes
There is a 11% rental tax fee, that is not included in the rental price. If you want a late check out, there is a $50 fee. If you are locked out of your unit after business hours there is a $75 fee.
