One Bedroom: You will enjoy all the comforts of home with cable TV/VCR, a nice library of books, telephone, linens, utensils, beach chairs, and a cozy fireplace.The furniture is Wicker and you have a king bed and a double rollaway plus the coach.Two Bedroom: The extra bedroom and second bath is a nice plus for a family. The living room has a large tv with DVD. There are new tvs in each of the bedrooms, also DVD's, which is great for the kids when they are not in the pool or at the beach. The decoration is Hawaiian syle and the large pool, spa, and beach are just off your balcony. Each condo has a cozy fireplace for a nice evening of reading, watching tv, or enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

I spent 4 days in the one bedroom condo over the Labor Day weekend. I am told it was unusually warm weather while I was in Oceanside. The apartment was too....I guess no one in CA thinks A/C is a necessity, but on those warm days, it would've been nice. Luckily, the owners had a floor fan which I moved from bedroom to living room, back & forth. Living room is casual wicker furniture. The bed cover could use some updating, but the bed itself was comfortable. They also have a rollaway double bed which my daughter used one nite. She said it wasn't too bad. Kitchen was stocked with everything...even condiments in the fridge! This unit is on the 3rd floor, The balcony has a table and 2 chairs, and overlooks the pool and the ocean is about 1/2 block in the distance, with a perfect view. I didn't experience any disturbances . It was nice and quiet. The parking is underground and the spaces are tight. I rented a compact car , and there was very little room if someone next to you parks "sloppy".Cable TV in the bedroom, and a combination TV,DVD,VCR is in the living room. Also has a fireplace, but I don't think it is a "working one". All in all, it was a pleasant stay. I felt safe on the property, and in the neighborhood area. Very friendly owner. If I get back to Oceanside in the future, I'd consider staying there again!
