Our beautiful, well maintained 1900 sq ft villa is situated in the quiet, safe, mainly residential Woodridge estate off H 27 1.2 miles north of H 192. Our home overlooks a lake and woods and is both peaceful and ideally situated for all major attractions. The villa, completed in 1997,can sleep 10. The master bedroom has a king (6 ft) bed; the second master a queen size and the other 2 bedrooms (11ft x 11ft) each have two twin/single beds. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. There is also a foldaway bed.Two living and dining areas, kitchen, utility room and double garage, screened pool and patio/lanai.

The main living area adjoins the kitchen/breakfast dining nook and has two couches - a three seater and two seater. Equipment consists of a 32" FST satellite stereo TV (70+ channels with free HBO, Cinemax and Showtime), DVD, VCR and HiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric ceramic hob oven, large fridge (and icemaker) dishwasher, microwave, all pots, utensils and cutlery. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.The second living area has two couches - a three and two seater and adjoins the dining area which has a table and six chairs.The master has a FST TV (with all channels decribed above and separate from main TV), the second master a TV/VCR (with all channels decribed above and separate from main TV) and a Sega Dreamcast and games. There is also a kids pool/table football combination. Two cribs, a highchair, a carseat, buggy and bbq are included at no extra cost.
