Cancellation
A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all reservations canceled. In addition, daily or weekly reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Monthly reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

11.0% sales tax plus a cleaning fee of $64.69 - $74.72 per reservation.
