Rocky Mountain National Park is only 300 yards from your door. The atmosphere of our lovely vacation rental cottage invites opportunities for relaxation, reflection and rejuvenation. Dare to dream, sit by the river, read a book, watch wildlife and enjoy the view. Hiking, walking, biking, fishing, birding, picnics, rafting, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice climbing, scenic drives...and then, let your cares fade away in our riverside Hot Tub.

We are 3 1/2 miles from downtown Estes Park, 300 yards from Rocky Mountain National Park. A seasonal shuttle is an easy 30 minute walk from your door. We have 6 cottages and 6 lodge units. We are small, clean and affordable. For the Estes Park area, we are considered semi-secluded.

1 night minimum if cancelled 30+days from arrival date. Forfeit entire deposit if cancelled -30 days from arrival date. No refunds for late arrival or early departure. You are responsible for your entire reservation. No Shows will be charge the balance owing on their stay.
