Seagrass Flats Condo #1 is a ground level, poolside unit located at 101 25th Street North in Bradenton Beach. It is a four unit complex located near one of the widest beaches on the island and features a heated pool and barbeque area. Immediately across from the beach, you can be on the sand in less than one minute. Seagrass Flats is also located less than a five minute walk from the bay for fishing enthusiasts. This two bedroom two bath updated unit will sleep six with a king size bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has recently been purchased and the new owners plan many new upgrades to include new living room furniture, accessories and new paint throughout to make this unit even more comfortable and pleasant. Each unit offers a full size washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, DVD, VCR and two TV's. High speed internet with an expanded television cable package and free domestic long distance calling is provided. Lot's of new upgrades to make your stay more pleasant than ever! Seagrass Flats is an affordable way to experience everything that Anna Maria has to offer! Three night rentals are available within sixty days of arrival during summer and fall months. One small pet allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. One week minimum rental during the winter.
