Gulf Terrace Condos are located in the middle of all the action in Destin. You can walk to everything and there are sidewalks on both sides of the street. There is a bus system in Destin that runs till midnight and can take you all over the city.

This Destin vacation rental condo has all New Sealy PillowTop Beds King in Master, 2 full in 2nd bedroom and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The vacation rental unit has a view of the gulf from the deck. The beach is just across the street and is only 1350 feet to the waters edge.

Amenities on this vacation rental property are many. The complex is located on 26 lush acres. There are 3 pools, 3 tennis courts, a basketball court and a fresh water lake you can fish in. There is a walk bridge over the lake to the clubhouse.

The beach is just across the street, about 300 yards away.

Personal checks, PayPal. Personal checks for full rental amount must be received 14 days in advance of arrival in order to send you the key codes and directions via mail and also for the check to clear. Money orders and cashier checks must be sent if less than 14 days to arrival.

Deposits

Send $250 refundable reservation deposit to:

Two weeks before arrival, send full rental check and directions and keys will be mailed. Two days after stay, deposit will be refunded, provided no damage, keys left in unit, trash disposed of and all dishes placed in dishwasher. All units have washer/dryer.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Deposit will be refunded with 30 days notice or unit rented for same time frame.

NO SINGLE RENTERS UNDER AGE 25.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, PLEASE.

Fees & Taxes

Please add 10% Bedtax to the above rates for any stay less than 6 months.

Add $70 maid fee to all rentals.

Close to everything, my kids walked and didn't hassle me to take them around. We were next door to the water park and amusement park and the teens walked to Fudruckers for teen nite too. I had a great week and would recommend this condo to any family with kids. The price was the lowest of all I could find and the condo was great and had everything we needed. The pools were very nice and the beach is a short walk. I will come back every year. Ed Colebeck
