Past Guests just love it. With being only 7 years new, the condo looks like new, through lots of care by the owners. It has 2 Bedrooms PLUS an ADDITIONAL BUNK BED ROOM to sleep up to 8 people. Destin Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented daily or we provide chairs and umbrellas that are stored in the unit. Pompano Jo's Gulf front Seafood Restaurant and Bar is only about 100 feet to west of where our private beach is. Great sandwiches, seafood, and refreshments!

Cash, Cashier Check, or Personal Check. Mastercard or Visa may be used for the rental amount due but must add a 3% charge for the additional merchant account fee.
Credit cards accepted: Yes
A Reservation Deposit of $300 is required to confirm and reserve your accommodation by use of Master Card, Visa, or Personal Check if necessary. Checks must be received within 7 days of initial reservation. Reservation automatically converts to the Security/Damage Deposit at check in and is not applied toward rent.
Nightly and Weekly rentals must cancel no later than 30 days prior to arrival, if not you will be charged $45 processing fee. If reservation is cancelled within the 30 days prior to arrival you will forfeit the full advance reservation deposit of $300. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival the full rental charge will be charged to card if not rerented to another party. If a Hurricane Warning is issued for Destin you are NOT required to come and NO charges will be made toward rent or the deposit. If you are already here and evacuation is issued then you will be refunded by proration for unused days. Flexible owner/ Rental manager of 15 years.

Jody, I just wanted to tell you we loved the condo! You have it decorated a lot like my own house is - beachy & fun. I have the same exact flip flops on the wall as you have in the kitchen/hall area, and I'm a HUGE Jimmy Buffett fan. We all enjoyed meeting your Dad, he seems like a lot of fun.
