Large kidney shaped pool with spacious pool brickstone deck with lots of furniture to relax n, access to private beach access, gas grill for barbecues on your private patio, Courtyard has lots of grassy area for the kids to play and tropical landscaping throughout. Bike and walking path along the Destin beaches for the jog or scenic walk. There are wave runners and parasail offered about 6 blocks away at our favorite locals restaurant and outdoor bar located directly on the Destin beach. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival the full rental amount will be charged on your card if it is not rerented to another party.
If a Hurricane Warning is issued for Destin you will not be obligated to the rental. All deposits and rents to be returned. If already in Destin when ordered to evacuate, rent will be returned to you on a prorated daily basis of unused nights.
