The beach is just five minutes away from this Destin vacation home featuring a very clean Florida State run public facility with showers and restrooms on site. You can launch your boat or jet-ski at beautiful Cessna Park (shown as Lion Park in Mapquest) just a block away from the house and enjoy all your favorite water sports in the Chactowhatchee Bay or if your prefer, motor out into the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This Destin vacation home, ‘Casa Krystal’, is nestled among beautiful pine trees which lend an aura of peace and tranquility. An oversized 16' x 75' driveway easily accommodates up to 4 cars for gated off-street parking and when you are ready for some action, it's just ten minutes drive to all the tourist attractions.

Deposits

If you are 25yrs and over:*

A $200.00 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation and a copy of your license (this is just to confirm your identity and age), or you can just fax a copy to 504-368-5560. There will be someone at the home to verify/identify the number of individuals in your party (which should be mentioned in your inquiry) and the individual who reserved the home.

*We recommend that you make your reservations as soon as you can, due to the high volume of rental inquiries we receive every day. We must offer a first come first serve basis for all our customers. If your planning on bringing a pet then it must weigh no more than 12lbs., and an additional $75.00 dollar deposit is also required.

Within 2-3 days of your departure your deposit will be refunded in full and mailed immediately back to you as soon as our custodian at the property verifies no damage, breakage or missing items from the residence.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation of your reservation must be made at least 4-6 weeks in advance and we reserve the right of retaining your deposit if the cancellation is not received within the time specified above and if notice of Cancellation is not received at least 24 hours prior to check-in then we also reserve the right to retain your rental payment.
