I stayed at the Sunset Inn (then called Jerry's Sunset Inn) over 40 years ago while a teenager on weekend diving trips with friends. Mangrove Mikes Cafe & Bakery, voted best breakfast in Islamorada for 5 consecutive years, is on the premises. The Florida Keys History of Diving Museum is just 1 mile from us. What a fabulous place. Theater of the Sea is one of the oldest attractions around. They offer swim with the dolphins and stingrays as well as a great dolphin and sea lion show.
Sunset Inn is centrally located in Islamorada and is about half way between Miami airport and Key West--an easy drive to either. Marinas nearby for fishing and diving.

Visa, MasterCard, American express, Discover, traveler's check and of course cash There is a minimum stay requirement for weekends, holidays and special events.
Deposits
A valid Credit card is required for a reservation. Rooms reserved with invalid credit cards will be canceled without notice. Rooms can be paid with cash, traveler's checks or a different credit card upon arrival if you like. You do not have to charge your stay to the credit card used to reserve the room.
Cancellation
We must receive notice 2 days prior to arrival for a guarantee no charge. Without the 2 days notice there is a one night charge for the cancellation. There is also a no show fee of one night. .

For the budget minded traveller who wants to be centrally located to many activities I would highly recommend the Sunset Inn..
