Description & Details of ROMANTIC & COZY OCEAN VIEW CONDOS
Las Gaviotas is approximately 30 minutes south of the San Diego / Tijuana border. We are 10 min. south of the Rosarito Beach Hotel and 3 min. north of "Puerto Nuevo" the "lobster capital of the world" with over 50 restaurants serving fresh lobster , shrimp and other authentic Mexican food

Las Gaviotas is a family oriented community of over 200 homes & townhomes and is the ideal vacation spot. "Las Gaviotas" community is a private, 24 hour gate guarded, exclusive resort with single family homes and townhomes.

We have 4 ocean view condos in Las Gaviotas community. You can also combine both units into one to accomidate gruops from 4 to 8 persons

-A private beach great for picnics.-We are also 30 min north of Ensenda. -3 min north of World famous Puerto Nuevo.-We are 10 min. south of the Rosarito Beach Hotel-The beach is within walking distance of our condo units. -Las Gaviotas community has a pool, jacuzzi, tennis and volleyball court.-There is surfing, fishing, camping, horseback riding, golf and much much more.
