Beautiful heated, private pool. Ample parking in front of building and a secure lobby. Two cable TV's, DVD player and an extensive DVD library to enjoy.
Washer and dryer in the condo, answering machine, VCR, Microwave, dishwasher, Queen Sofa/Sleeper. Fully furnished with utensils, linens, beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen has breakfast bar.
Master bedroom, king size bed, walk-in closet Bathroom has double size walk-in shower. Second bedroom features two twin beds and full bath with tub and shower.
Smoking is not permitted in the condo.
Please Note: Trucks, trailers, vans, boats, watercraft and motorcycles may not be parked on the premises.

A public trolley runs daily and stops at our door. Fishing and Rental Boats are available throughout the Beach and Bay areas.
There is a floating Casino departing daily from Fort Myers Beach. Thomas Edison Museum Estate is a beautiful place to visit.
Spring Training home of the Minnesota Twins and The Boston Red Sox.
Movie theater, restaurants and shops of all prices and descriptions on and nearby the beach.

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. American Funds only. Until confirmed, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are for 4 people. Add $50 per person, per week, up to 2 more people, 6 person total occupancy.Some rental length restrictions may apply.We also speak German.
Deposits
We require a $200-$400 rental/security deposit. This amount is totally refunded to you after we receive the telephone bill covering the duration of your stay (local calls are included, long distance calls are not), and of course assuming no excessive cleaning or damages. We recommend using a calling card or your cell phone for long distance calls. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
RATES:December 1-April 30 - $945 week February alone - $1045 week, when not in conjunction with another month May 1-November 30 - $625 week Holiday Weeks-Easter Week, July 4th Week, Christmas Week, Thanksgiving week, add $100 per week All plus 11% florida Tax - Some rental length restrictions may apply
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, monies will be returned if the unit is again rented for the entire lease period of this contract.
