The Fort Myers Beach home is also not a high piling home, but just a short 7 steps up off the sand. Beautiful beach area of about 200 ft in front of the house before you tip your toes into the Gulf, but lots of beach lounging area or beach playing area for the kids.

Nice 45 ft deck with 4 sliding glass doors to access the pool and beach area. Plenty of resin chairs and loungers for guests to relax on the deck or around the pool. Home is also close to walk to convenience stores/ restaurants/ and the local movie dinner theater. The local free trolley also stops at the end of the block for unlimited riding to either end of the island

Rentals are available all up and down the beach for bicycles/ wave runners/ sailboats/ motor scooters/ etc. Also plenty of shopping areas (like outlet centers and flea market hubs) as well as mall areas and the new Estero shopping village.

Beachfront 4BR/ 4bath Pool Home Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We accept personal or bank checks. We also accept credit cards with a 3% convenience charge fee additionally

25% deposit of rental to secure the reservation, also a $500 security deposit ( refundable) must be left on deposit
All funds refunded except $150 if cancellation occurs before 60 days of arrival. Less than 30 days would require the 25% deposit forfeiture. If everything was paid, then balance would be refunded
11% Florida taxes on the rental ( 6% Florida state tax and 5% Lee County tax), there is also a $175 clean fee at the end of the rental period
